I am semi-retired. If you wish to consider my building a web site or

Be aware that I have served for nearly 50 years in the Information
Systems field, beginning in 1958 with punched cards and tabulating
machines. I have a fixed idea of how communications between client and
project manager should be. Site Design requires a considerable effort on
the part of the Client to define the goals and objects of a web site. They
often require much more time and effort than imagined. Your site should
be your thoughts and ideas with my efforts simply bringing them to
fruition. I only do fixed cost contracts.
